on a whim . . .

I came to this place with the park at the end of the street a wilderness where trees swim up to blanket the city sound and stands of eucalypt sculpt mirrored skyscrapers harbouring businessmen in suits who also recall regimented rows of topiary trees but whose spirits embrace this indigenous flora the déclic of wings that caress the pond in the park at the end of my street . . .
